Products purchased on the website www.citart.com are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order.

The processing time of an order consists of:

In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. CIT'art Europe B.V. will however have the possibility to split the deliveries.

In accordance with Article L.114-1 of the Consumer Code, in case of late delivery of more than seven (7) days, with regard to the announced delivery deadline, the customer has the possibility to cancel his order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or via the refund claim form accessible in the customer account within sixty (60) working days from the date indicated for the delivery of the product.
CIT'art Europe B.V. then undertakes to reimburse the customer under the conditions referred to in Article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code, ie within thirty (30) days.

CIT'art Europe B.V. undertakes to deliver the ordered product within a maximum of one (1) month from the date of order.

CIT'art Europe B.V. can not be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery.

Delivery times are in ordinary period.

They can reach 4 to 10 days in promotional period. Also note that the delivery can also reach 4 to 10 days when sending out European territory.

In the event of non-receipt of a parcel within the indicated deadlines, an inquiry is carried out with the carrier and can take several days (ex: 21 days for the Post office, 15 days for the other carriers). During this period, no refund or return can be made.

ATTENTION : The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging as well as that of the products upon delivery. Deliveries refused or made to an incorrect address will be subject to a new delivery subject to payment of new shipping costs.

With Colissimo, beyond 250 € including postage, the restitution of the order will be against signature of the recipient of the parcel.

Right of withdrawal and right of return at CIT'art Europe B.V.

The right of withdrawal:

Legally, the withdrawal period is fixed at 14 clear days.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code:
"The consumer has a period of seven clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, except, if necessary, the cost of return.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the professional is required to reimburse the consumer for the total amount paid. "

The "outgoing" postage is billed in a lump sum manner by CIT'art Europe B.V.. Therefore, if the customer does not return the entire order, and therefore retains at least one product ordered, no "out" shipping will not be refunded. However, if he returns the entire order, the shipping costs "go" will be refunded.

In order to be covered by the right of return, returned products must be sent to CIT'art Europe B.V. in perfect condition for marketing and blistering in the case of Automobile Documentation items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The reimbursement related to the exercise of the right of return under the agreed conditions will occur no later than 30 days following receipt of the product by CIT'art Europe B.V..
The refund is made according to the method of payment initially used for the purchase.
The customer is reminded that in the case of a payment by credit card, the speed with which the bank account is credited depends on the type of card of the customer. In the case of a debit card, the current account is generally credited within 3 days. In the case of a deferred debit card, the credit appears at the end of the month on the credit card account and not on the current account.

Formalities and procedure for returning products

As part of the right of withdrawal / return without cause, the returned product must reach CIT'art Europe B.V., at the address below, before the expiry of the return period from the date of delivery.
citart.com specifically informs its customers that the right of withdrawal as provided by law does not require it to take back damaged, damaged or no longer marketable products. The same principle applies to the right of return set up by CIT'art Europe B.V..

Whatever the reasons for the return of the merchandise, it can not be done via relay points Chrono Relay and Relais Parcel.

It is particularly recommended to the customer to use the Colissimo Suivi for his returns, the burden of proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions laid down based on him.
The customer can also take out insurance from the carrier corresponding to the value of the products (this notably in case of theft or loss of the goods by the carrier).
